BISHA, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Toronto

Was celebrating my wife's 50th and wanted to make sure she had a great experience. She was over the moon, checkin was seamless, a glass of sparkling while she waited. Room upgraded to suite. (wasn't expecting that!) Cheese, Fruit and dessert waiting with a personal note from Concierge services! Room was clean, everything worked and the people were very helpful! We went out to a dinner elsewhere which was also top notch, came back for a night cap and proceeded to dance the night away at Mr. C. Any issues with billing were quickly remedied and processed. I will definitely choose this place again and again!!

The Nina room was super cute! I love that this lux hotel includes a really great restaurant on 44th floor, Kost. As well as Mister C lounge and bar near the lobby. Even though there was snow outside this felt like the percent spot to be. The service was out of this world, I will definitely return!

Beautiful hotel. The rooftop restaurant offers a fantastic view with delicious meals. Walking distance to theatres and other attractions, and right in the middle of so many amazing restaurants. Also. It always smells so good in the lobby. Everyone is extremely nice and helpful. You are close to some great coffee shops and of course the Jays.

Our recent experience at the Bisha Hotel was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we booked, it was clear we were stepping into something special for my wife’s birthday celebration. This property is incredibly trendy—every corner feels like it’s been thoughtfully designed, and the aesthetic of the rooms is next‑level. The rooms are not only stylish but also impressively spacious and spotless. You can really feel the attention to detail and the pride the hotel takes in maintaining such a high standard. A huge part of what made our stay extraordinary was the customer service. Jacob, the Front Office Manager, reached out before we even arrived, ensuring everything was perfectly arranged. His proactive communication is rare and truly set the tone for our stay. And then there’s Totchie, the Office Supervisor—what a standout. From the moment we stepped through the doors, Totchie delivered some of the best customer service we’ve ever experienced. Friendly, attentive, genuine, and consistently checking in throughout our stay to make sure everything was perfect. It’s the kind of hospitality that makes you feel valued and welcomed in a way that stays with you long after you leave. Bisha isn’t just a hotel—it’s an experience. Trendy, pristine, spacious, and backed by a staff that defines five‑star service. We can’t wait to return!

5-Star Stay at the Bisha Hotel We had an outstanding stay at the Bisha Hotel in November. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was on a level that truly sets this hotel apart. The Front Desk team—Jacob, Totchie, Maricel, Maria, and Sami—were exceptional. Warm, professional, and always ahead of our needs. The front door manager and his team were equally impressive—handling our bags, arranging taxis, and giving great recommendations that made exploring Toronto much easier. What made the stay truly memorable was the genuine interaction—everyone asked how our day was going, joked with us, and showed real interest in where we were headed around the city. Those small moments made our trip feel personal. We will absolutely stay at the Bisha Hotel again on our next visit to Toronto. Fantastic team, fantastic service. Highly recommend.

We did an absolutely phenomenal wedding for M&B at the Bisha Hotel this past weekend on Oct 4th, 2025. From start to finish the experience was seamless, stress-free, and felt truly elevated. The venue itself is stunning with breathtaking views of the city which provided the perfect backdrop for our couples wedding ceremony and reception. The staff were truly exceptional and made our wedding planning experience feel luxurious from start to finish! They went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of. Michelle was our sales manager and she was organized, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our couples day perfect. On the wedding day Allyson and Tressa handled the day with care, and expert level efficiency. They communicated effectively with our Team throughout the night and ran a tight ship. This was my second stay at Bisha Hotel Toronto, following my visit last year, and once again I had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is well located, stylish, and consistently well maintained. The room was clean, comfortable, and met my expectations in every aspect. The front desk staff were professional, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. I also appreciated the support from the management team — Jacob was professional and considerate, which contributed to a smooth and positive overall experience. As a Marriott Platinum member, I did notice that the breakfast offering was not as extensive as in the past; however, the quality of the food was still good and enjoyable. Overall, this remains one of the best hotels not only in Canada, but also in North America in my opinion. I would gladly recommend it and look forward to staying here again.
